1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I will refund you or replace the item, if it is damaged in the mail or if the item is defective. Just email me about what happened, with a photo of the damaged product, and I'd be happy to help!
Shipping & Turn Around Time
1. How long will it take to get my order?
I have a 1-3 business day processing time. This means that once you place your order, it takes me 1-3 days to prepare, package, and put it in the mail. If you have purchased a Printable item, your digital downloads will be emailed to you instantly in a .zip file.
2. Is it possible to get my order sooner?
If you have a rush order, please email me BEFORE you place your order to see if it's possible to satisfy your rush order needs.
3. Do rush orders cost more?
Yes. A rush order no longer applies to free shipping, and might also have an additional fee to accommodate the rush processing.
